When a property qualifies for our concept, we analyze in detail for which target groups we would like to align our guest rooms and try to anticipate and take into account the needs of our future guests during the entire planning process.

This is ensured by a virtual reception desk that is available around the clock. Our employees work from our central Guest Relation Center and are responsible for several hotels at the same time. This enables us to provide personal support for all hotel receptions at the same time with smart staffing levels.
