Start of the construction phase: the Galerie Hotel continues to grow

With the erection of the crane, the starting signal has been given: The conversion and renovation work at the Galerie Hotel has officially begun. This marks another important step by SB Real GmbH in the sustainable further development of the hotel.
In the newly constructed annex building, a total of eight new deluxe double rooms will be created. The rooms offer the highest living comfort and are equipped with:
- balcony or terrace
- high-quality premium mattresses
- large smart TVs, as well as
- spacious, state-of-the-art bathrooms.
This creates a stylish and relaxed stay experience for our guests.
Investments are also being made in the existing building: Here, an exclusive family suite for up to eight people is being created, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with an elegant electric fireplace – ideal for families or groups who equally value luxury and space.
In addition, the public areas of the hotel are being redesigned. The reception will be relocated to the entrance area and will henceforth be designed in a clear, modern style.
The breakfast and buffet area will also receive a comprehensive upgrade. Custom-made joinery furniture will present the food in a high-quality way and ensure a clear, intuitive presentation – for an even more pleasant and relaxed breakfast experience for the guests.
The completion of the new units is planned for June 2026. With this expansion, SB Real GmbH is sending a clear signal for quality, design, and long-term value creation in the hotel sector.
